Position summary:

This internship provides exposure to general accounting, reconciliations, processing invoices, financial Accounting and daily administrative support. You’ll gain exposure to key areas such as Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable , Accounts Receivable , Accounting Support and ERP systems while contributing to overall efficiency. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop practical skills in Finance Operations/ Central Finance while working with a high volume fast paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Perform general accounting tasks, including reconciliations and invoice handling
  • Support month-end closing processes for assigned processes, i.e. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or Financial Accounting & reporting.
  • Contribute to ad hoc accounting projects as needed
  • Prepare financial reports, summaries, and statements as directed.
  • Input financial data into accounting software.
  • Assist with invoice processing and payments.

Who we’re looking for: 

  • Commerce Graduate (B. Com, BBM, BBA) etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
  • Knowledge of ERP Tools, basic knowledge of Accounting Principles (GAAP).
