About the Role

This internship position supports daily laboratory equipment management and asset control activities within the validation lab. The intern will assist with equipment registration, labeling, tracking, calibration coordination, and documentation, helping ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and internal lab management systems.

What You Will Do

  • Assist with equipment registration, labeling, and inventory tracking
  • Support new equipment receipt, basic checks, and documentation filing
  • Help track calibration and maintenance schedules and organize certificates
  • Maintain equipment records in lab systems (e.g. TestVision)
  • Support equipment storage, organization, and audit preparation
  • Follow lab safety, EHS, and quality procedures

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Practical experience in lab equipment lifecycle management
  • Exposure to automotive validation and reliability testing environments
  • Understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 lab compliance and audits
  • Hands-on experience working with professional engineers and lab systems Attendance is at least 4 days per week, and the internship period lasts at least 4 months.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Experience in overseas research projects or academic exchanges.
  • Relevant experience in equipment management or tooling fixture standardization.
  • Skills in mini-program development or data integration.
