The Electrical Engineer Intern supports the engineering and production teams by assisting with electrical systems, equipment troubleshooting, process improvement, and documentation within a manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on experience with industrial equipment, automation systems, and electrical maintenance in a production facility.
Key Responsibilities
Assist electrical engineers with the design, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems used in production equipment.
Support troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues in machinery, control systems, and automation equipment.
Help maintain and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Assist with data collection and analysis to improve production efficiency and equipment reliability.
Support engineers in process improvement and automation projects within the facility.
Work with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality departments.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and electrical standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an accredited Electrical Engineering degree program or closely related field
Ability to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
Ability to communicate effectively and work with internal teams

Cubic Pay Range:
$20.00 - $30.00 + benefits.
