Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in the IT procurement process by supporting requirement gathering, conducting product/vendor research, preparing documentation, and coordinating approval workflows
Assist IT project managers in project delivery and vendor management by tracking project timelines, updating status reports, and following up on outstanding actions, to ensure smooth communication, information sharing, and issue resolution
Coordinate with various teams across CapitaLand, as well as with vendors and business users
Assist in technology evaluations and assessments through research and comparison of solutions
Assist in requirement gathering sessions, including user journey mapping and the facilitation of workshops to capture business user needs and translate them into actionable specifications
Be involved in the development of automation workflows and AI-related projects
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, or another related discipline
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with UI/UX principles and creative design tools is an advantage
Meticulous and able to work within timelines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good project management and communication skills
