Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in gathering and documenting user requirements from business stakeholders, and support the analysis of solutions
Coordinate with service providers for the delivery of change requests (CRs), this includes preparing CR documentation and training materials and supporting users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Provide day-to-day system support for configuration of reports, workflows, and interfaces, as well as incident resolution and closure
Assist in system service requests (SRs) configurations and support the preparation and submission of materials for the Change Advisory Board (CAB) process
Respond to user queries via the tenant portal and ensure issues are addressed or escalated as necessary
Brief users on system enhancements or changes made to the Simplicity system, ensuring smooth transition to business users
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or any other related disciplines
Knowledge of the .NET application development lifecycle, including exposure to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile and DevOps
Knowledge of commercial Real estate practices for leasing, tenants' billings and financial accounting will be an advantage
Proficient in handling Business Data
