Job Description

As an intern, you will support the team across various technical and operational areas, including data validation, DevOps access management, low-code automation, platform support, and responsible use of Generative AI (GenAI) tools. This role offers hands-on exposure to production data handling, compliance processes, AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot), and performance monitoring platforms like New Relic. You will collaborate closely with technical leads and contribute to maintaining the integrity, security, and efficiency of digital platforms and operations.

Responsibilities 

  • Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate data comparison results 

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for Azure DevOps and New Relic 

  • Ensure accurate user access provisioning and maintain relevant compliance records 

  • Coordinate with team leads to review and validate user roles and permissions 

  • Conduct regular user access audits and clean up inactive or outdated accounts 

  • Maintain access logs to support audits and meet compliance standards 

  • Design and test automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate 

  • Troubleshoot and enhance automation flows to improve operational efficiency 

  • Document workflows and contribute to process improvement initiatives 

  • Support the responsible use of Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot) in line with internal governance 

  • Assist in identifying appropriate use cases for GenAI to improve productivity and documentation 

  • Help monitor and report any potential GenAI misuse or compliance concerns 

  • Support other special projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned 

 

Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems or any other related disciplines  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data organization and validation 

  • Basic knowledge of DevOps platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps) and access control principles 

  • Exposure to monitoring tools such as New Relic is an advantage 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate or other low-code automation platforms is a plus 

  • Interest in exploring and applying Generative AI tools responsibly in a workplace setting 

  • Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Effective documentation and communication abilities 

  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently or in a team environment
