Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation and execution of current IoT solutions across CapitaLand properties
Provide administrative and operational support through the tracking of project deliverables, documentation updates, issue tracking, and progress reporting
Liaise with the Group Technology team and external vendors to support network implementation, including infrastructure setup and integration of IoT devices
Design and consolidate project requirement documents and deliverables trackers within SharePoint
Support in other special and/or ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems or any other related disciplines
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
Detail-oriented and meticulous
Good collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams and partner with business stakeholders
