Job Description
Responsibilities
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for staff onboarding and new application rollouts
Enhance existing SharePoint websites to improve usability and content accessibility
Develop self-guided learning videos using tools such as Microsoft Clipchamp
Create user guides, helpdesk manuals, and IT support documentation
Implement operating system hardening for local user profiles
Automate repetitive tasks using scripting and workflow tools
Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas to improve user experience and service delivery
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline
Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Android, iOS) and software applications
Familiarity with scripting tools such as PowerShell or VBScript is advantageous
Exposure to SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools (Forms, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of automation tools such as Power Automate or UiPath is a plus
Interest in web design and user interface enhancement
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
Creative mindset with a willingness to learn video editing and digital content creation
