Your Mission:
- Support the Digital Optimisation team in the day-to-day running of experimentation and optimisation work across key onsite journeys
- Help document experiments, hypotheses and learnings to ensure insights are clearly captured and shared
- Assist with basic data analysis using existing dashboards to identify trends, patterns and opportunities
- Support reporting and measurement processes to ensure data is consistent, reliable and easy to understand
- Help keep optimisation documentation, playbooks and guidance up to date
- Gain hands-on exposure to how ecommerce teams collaborate to improve digital experiences through testing and learning
Your Story:
- Curious about ecommerce, digital experiences and how data is used to inform decisions
- Strong motivation to learn, ask questions and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment
- Organised and detail-oriented, with an interest in keeping information clear and structured
- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets or dashboards, even at a basic level
- Clear communicator who can summarise information in a simple, logical way
- Passion for On and interest in the brand, products and customer experience
Your Team:
The Digital Optimisation team focuses on improving On’s ecommerce experience through data, experimentation and continuous learning. We work closely with Content, Merchandising, Analytics and Engineering to understand customer behaviour and turn insights into meaningful onsite improvements. Our goal is to help customers find the right products more easily while supporting sustainable commercial growth.
