What you will accomplish with us
As a ServiceNow Developer Intern, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Contribute to the delivery of small-scale enhancement requests across various ServiceNow modules by participating in all steps of the process: analysis, development, testing, and production deployment;
Prepare documentation supporting the delivery of requests, including system documentation, technical requirement sheets, as well as test plans and test results;
Participate actively in daily stand‑up meetings with the team to share progress and raise any blockers;
Configure solutions in a “No‑code / Low‑code” environment, focusing primarily on configuration rather than programming.

We are looking for someone who:
Is currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field, and must complete a credited internship during Summer 2026;
Is recognized for autonomy, willingness to self-reflect, and strong team spirit;
Stands out for openness, adaptability, and strong communication skills;
Demonstrates strong rigor, attention to detail, and solid problem‑solving abilities;
Has proficiency in JavaScript (reading and writing code);
Possesses knowledge of AI tools, Microsoft Office Suite, ServiceNow, and/or ITSM processes (assets).
