Job Description:
To support the Commercial Finance department in the following tasks:
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Manage forecast, planning, mothly P&L process with stakeholders.
- Adoption of standar reports and metrics.
- Provide relevant information required for Group and Internal Reporting.
Client Priofitability and Performance
- Supporting the business leads to proactively mange gross margin at client by client level.
- Partner with Client Lead with the development of client growth and margin plans/roadmaps and performance tracking.
- Deliver client level reporting, forecasting, target setting and ensure adequtate plans to ahiceve are in place.
- Partner with clients teams on the creation of client agreements, leading finance aspercts (pricing, profitability and agreement reviews).
- Partner with the Client Lead and the Comercial Lead as needed for client negotiations.
- Partner with client teams on day to day client relationships matters such as scope management, out of scope inquiry, and commercial delivery.
- Ensure finance approvals of new and existing deals.
Decision Support
- Provide analysis, insight, advice and challenge to business to enable them to make informed decisions, including business case development, reward and staff costs.
- Develop strategic plans leveraging industry and market research to drive Revenue & Margin growth and participate in due diligence around acquisitions and divestitures, and operating model design.
- Set and monitor KPI´s ensuring business leaders understand the drivers of performance and advise on how to improve.
