What to Work on:
Reporting, reviewing, and analysing P&L and balance sheet development across GPS, CIOO, Credit & Treasury
Enhancement of risk-return monitoring & steering capabilities for the balance sheet related business and the entire Group
Supporting the further development of analytics and reporting capabilities within GPS, CIOO, Credit & Treasury to provide actionable insights and ensure forward-looking financial performance management
Support Project Managers in planning, coordination and tracking of various initiatives
Be part of one or more initiatives and support the project work, e.g. Capital and Liquidity Optimization initiatives, Treasury Benchmarking, Performance and Profitability Management
What to Learn:
Financial Reporting and advanced analytics
Forward-looking financial performance management
Steering and optimization measures
Project management
Proactive approach to problem solving
Conventional Finance skills, e.g. and ability to understand JB’s financial and operational performance from review of financials
Understand JB’s processes and products as well as the macro-economic impacts on the bank’s state of business and performance

Bachelor's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (graduation max. 12 months ago)
Initial practical experience in the Financial Services industry
Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
Fluency in English and German, with additional languages being a plus
