Job Description & Summary

As an intern at PwC, you will get hands-on experience and exposure to various industries, allowing you to develop your skills and gain valuable insights into the world of professional services. In your internship, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to real client projects.

As a Cybersecurity Consulting Intern, you will work alongside PwC professionals to help clients address cybersecurity, technology risk, and data protection challenges. You will assist in research, assessments, and client deliverables that support organisations in strengthening their security posture.

This internship is ideal for final-year or graduating students seeking hands‑on exposure to cybersecurity advisory work in a leading professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Analysis

  • Conduct research on cybersecurity topics, frameworks, threats, and industry best practices within agreed timelines.
  • Analyse information and summarise key insights for internal and client use.
     

2. Support Cybersecurity Assessments

  • Assist in basic cybersecurity reviews, including vulnerability assessments, risk reviews, and compliance checks.
     

3. Client Deliverable Support

  • Support team members in preparing reports, documentation, and presentations for client engagements.
  • Participate in internal discussions to understand client requirements and project objectives.
     

4. Project Support & Coordination

  • Assist with administrative and analytical tasks across various cybersecurity consulting projects.
  • Help the team manage timelines, documentation, and follow‑up actions.

5. Collaboration & Learning

  • Work closely with experienced consultants and industry specialists.
  • Participate in coaching, on‑the‑job learning, and networking opportunities.

Preferred Requirements

  • Students who are graduating within the next 6–12 months. Priorities will be given to final year students / fresh graduates who are open to a 3 to 6 months internship.

  • Participation in cybersecurity competitions, clubs, CTFs, or relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH) is an added advantage.

  • Passion for cybersecurity, technology, and consulting.
