Intern – Customer Journey and AI for Retention Programs (Summer)

About the Team – Retention Digital Marketing
You’ll join the Retention Digital Marketing (CRM) team, part of Gen’s Consumer Subscription & Monetization (CSM) organisation.
The team focuses on end-to-end customer journeys and retention programs, using digital lifecycle marketing, data, and AI-enabled tools to deliver relevant, timely communications across channels such as email and in-product messaging. We work closely with product, analytics, design, and monetization teams to improve customer experience and lifetime value.
Interns are treated as hands-on contributors, not observers.
About the Role
As an Intern – Customer Journey and AI for Retention Programs, you’ll support the team in understanding, improving, and optimising customer journeys across the lifecycle, with a focus on how AI and data can enhance retention marketing.
You’ll gain exposure to how AI-driven insights, automation, and experimentation are used in digital marketing to personalise customer experiences and reduce churn in a global consumer SaaS business.
