Job Description
Your Team
Brookfield Residential’ s Summer Internship Program is designed to provide students with a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our projects and operations. This internship program is open to highly motivated and driven students who are eager to explore the development and residential real estate industry, gain practical experience, and make meaningful contributions to our team. The Summer Internship Program will begin on May 25, 2026 US and conclude on August 14, 2025 US.
Your Key Deliverables
This internship will primarily support the Southern California Brookfield Residential Customer Care team. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to day-to-day customer care operations, learning how service, quality, and homeowner experience are managed across active communities. The role will focus on :
Observing existing workflows
Analyzing operational data
Assisting with the evaluation and improvement of reporting processes
Working with spreadsheets and developing/refining pivot tables
Explore opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and insights through the use of AI-enabled tools
Must Haves
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related field (e.g., Construction Management, Business, Business Analytics, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Data Analytics, or a related field with a strong interest in operational reporting and process improvement).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
AI and technology aptitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A keen interest in real estate, development, and customer care/experience.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
A positive and can-do attitude.
Ability to work 40 hours per week Monday – Friday.
Must possess reliable transportation.
Willingness to commute to different Communities/Job Sites in Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino Counties.
