Support the HLCC Front Office in executing end-to-end recruitment pipelines, enhancing employee engagement initiatives, and managing critical administrative operations. This role serves as a key liaison between stakeholders to monitor headcount, finances, and technology access to ensure seamless operational continuity.

HLCC Recruitment

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for Service Managers and Support Team Leads;

  • Oversee the collection and verification of candidate documentation.

  • Generate accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment metrics and operational reports.

  • Manage and facilitate the onboarding lifecycle and offboarding process.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in developing and implementing guidelines and initiatives designed to elevate employee morale and engagement levels.

  • Partner with frontline teams to execute engagement activities that drive performance and foster engagement.

Administrative

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the HLCC.

  • Execute assigned projects by coordinating requirements, planning meetings, and tracking results against established milestones.

Eligibility
▪ Malaysian citizen;
▪ Undergraduate/ graduate in any field of study from a local or international university;
▪ Possess CGPA / GPA score of 3.0 and above, or equivalent;
▪ Able to commit to entire duration of program (minimum of 12 weeks);

▪ Able to demonstrate leadership qualities and ability to overcome challenges through degree or extra-curricular activities;

▪ Displays enthusiasm when given tasks, able to communicate with people at various seniority levels and work cohesively in a project or team environment;
▪ Possess the passion and motivation to push for growth and success in the banking and financial industry.
