YOUR ROLE AS A :
Intern, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented to join our team. As an intern, you will support external communication efforts by assisting in the creation of engaging content, video editing, and executing communication strategies that align with the organization’s goa
During your internship, you will be mentored and given-hands on experience in:
Content Creation and Design:
Assist in creating and editing videos for external communication initiatives.
Help design and develop creative content such as posters, infographics, social media visuals, and presentations to support external messaging.
External Communication Support:
Assist in drafting, editing, and publishing external communication materials such as press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with team members to develop content for external channels that aligns with organizational goals and enhances public visibility.
Project Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of external campaigns, events, and activities.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of communication materials across external platforms.
Administrative Support:
Assist in managing external communication channels (e.g., social media, website) and maintaining a repository of communication materials.
Organize and assist in coordinating meetings, workshops, or events related to external communication, branding, and media relations.
Competencies & Core Skill Sets:
Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Mass Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken) is required.
Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms, press releases, and public relations practices.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of branding principles and corporate communication best practices is a plus.

Qualification Skills:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills (other languages are a plus!).
Tech Savvy: Proficient
Integrity: A proactive attitude, a knack for storytelling, and the ability to meet deadlines without a panic attack
