Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing Platform Setup & Campaign Execution
Set up, configure, and launch campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other performance platforms
Build audiences, placements, targeting structures, and creative rotations based on channel best practices
Monitor campaign performance and highlight issues or optimisation opportunities to the team
2. Asset & Creative Brief Management
Work closely with brand, creative, and content teams to translate campaign objectives into strong creative/asset briefs
Ensure timely delivery of creative assets by managing timelines, requirements, and versioning
Upload and maintain creative libraries across advertising platforms
Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure assets meet technical specifications and platform best practices
3. Affiliate Campaign Coordination
Liaise with affiliate partners, networks, and publishers to communicate campaign details, promotional periods, and updated offers
Ensure affiliates receive accurate product information, banners, and promotional creatives
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with CRM, eCommerce, and Analytics teams to ensure campaign alignment and end-to-end tracking
Support the team in preparing campaign calendars, reports, and competitive landscape updates
Requirements:
Passion in digital marketing, performance marketing, or eCommerce
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and coordination skills
