Intern - Apparel Design

We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

- Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland

Your mission:

• Support the Apparel Design team in developing design concepts, mockups, visualizations, and design boards for new and existing collections across Active, Sports Lifestyle, and Outdoor categories
• Assist in the design development process by participating in fittings, building physical prototypes, using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,...) and PLM to upload and manage designs in collaboration with design team
• Collaborate closely with Design, Product Development, Material Development, and Product Management teams to support cross-functional product creation
• Research and gather inspiration from sport, fashion, art, architecture, and innovation to inform creative direction and emerging trends
• Gain hands-on experience supporting day-to-day design tasks and timelines, setting up boards and presentations in collaboration with the team

• Willingness to learn hands-on through collaboration, feedback, and active participation in fittings, prototyping, and the design process
• Basic familiarity with design tools and processes (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or garment construction), with a strong desire to further develop technical and creative skills
• Clear communication, openness to teamwork, and the ability to stay organized while learning to navigate a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
