We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for an Intern in the APAC Portfolio, Performance Management & Performance Analytics (PPM) team. As the APAC Portfolio, Performance Management & Performance Analytics Intern, you will be working with a highly visible and strategic team to drive key projects across the APAC region! You will be integrated into the dynamic APAC team in Haleon, with a specific focus on deploying and implementing region-wide programs that will unlock the enablers of enterprise strategy, including building and implementing a program to drive Consumer First thinking in the organization as well as exposure to other strategy and portfolio projects across APAC.

Number of internship positions: 1

Preferred Period of Internship Required: June/July 2026 - December 2026

Preferred School/Course of Intern: Undergraduate or Postgraduate students majoring in Social Sciences, Psychology, Communications, Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for specific projects in terms of:

  • Designing the program to be inclusive and executed with excellence
  • Working with cross functional teams to gain insights on how the programs could work better via gathering feedback on the current mechanisms
  • Based on feedback gathered, improve on current programs, working with teams across the Tech, Marketing and Consumer Business Insights & Analytics (CBIA) functions to bring it to life

  • Work across functions
  • Expose to Regional and Global teams
  • Build organizational skills

  • Background in social sciences/ psychology/ communications/ marketing (Undergraduate or Postgraduate level)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
