Project Overview
Team Overview & Context:
The HOA & Municipalities team is responsible for identifying, tracking, and resolving property liens placed by Homeowners Associations, municipalities, and other creditors. Lien resolution is critical to protecting the company's financial health and ensuring properties can be sold or leased without title impediments.
Current Challenge: The volume of active lien cases requires additional support to ensure timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and efficient resolution.
Business Impact: Unresolved liens can block property sales, generate legal exposure, and increase financial liability. Proactive lien management directly protects company assets.
