The intern will support the Renters Insurance team by processing policy declaration pages, performing basic ledger adjustments as applicable in dispute cases, and reaching out to residents to educate them on policy requirements and any corrections or actions needed on their end. All communications and case management are handled through Salesforce and Yardi.
The goal of this internship is for the selected candidate to develop a thorough understanding of the team's processes in a timely manner, becoming an effective contributor and enabling the team to maintain service level standards and respond to residents promptly throughout this high-demand period.
Key Objectives:
Process and validate residents' insurance policy declaration pages in accordance with company requirements.
Perform basic ledger adjustments related to insurance disputes as applicable.
Communicate with residents to provide guidance on policy corrections and required actions. Develop proficiency in Salesforce and Yardi to manage cases and communications efficiently. Support the team in maintaining service level standards across all case categories during peak season.

Additional support will also be required due to the Heitman Portfolio transition, which will increase the workload.
