JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executes daily and weekly maintenance activities, such as, machine set up, change device, conversion, and qualification (LM).
Executes Preventive Maintenance activities, (PM)
Executes Tooling Maintenance activities as well as preventive maintenance of tooling and dies (TND)
Internal fabrication (TND)
Implements corrective actions to quality and machine performance related issues and provide feedback.
Performs repairs and maintenance on equipment including assist preventive/predictive maintenance activities and vice versa.
Maintains 5S in all areas.
Provides technical support to production line.
Logs consistently all repair activities done for all machines.
Provides technical information to maintenance related problems in production.
Follows the standard operating procedures and safety protocol.
Performs tools upkeep.
Reports issues and concerns affecting machine uptime and the quality of product
Implements/Contributes ideas for continuous improvement.
Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the immediate or next immediate supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Engineering Technology major in Electronics or Electromechanical Technology
Has basic understanding of electronic circuits and test methodologies.
Experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal analyzers) is a plus.
Good technical writing and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
