Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg), the largest and leading industrial gas company in South-east Asia, employs 800 people recognized for their high level of expertise to provide gases, equipment, services and packaged solutions to support the requirements of the Singapore manufacturing industry.

You will support day-to-day plant operations by optimizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and using AutoCAD to maintain accurate P&ID documentation. This role involves developing data dashboards to monitor plant performance, conducting technical analyses to prevent downtime, and providing key support during internal and ISO9001 audits.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the plant to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Developing and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and forms used in daily and ad hoc routines to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Utilizing AutoCAD to update plant Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) to reflect current configurations.
  • Providing support during internal and ISO9001 audits.
  • Building a dashboard system to monitor crucial plant trends related to normal operations, as well as startup/shutdown conditions, energy efficiency, and equipment performance.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of equipment and process streams to forecast and prevent any undesirable process downtime.
