Summary:

按照质量管理体系要求和迈图内部质量控制流程, 有序开展质量管理，质量文化等相关活动：质量策划、质量保证、质量控制、质量改进等，提升团队质量意识，确保产品符合质量标准和法规要求，并持续改进提高产品质量。
Implement all quality activities including Quality Design, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Improvement, etc. according to Quality Management System and Momentive Quality System and Process. Ensure that the products comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements, and continuously keep improvement.

Responsibilities Include:

• 具备质量管理体系运行方面的知识和经验，有效运行ISO9001, IATF16949，EfFCI -GMP, Halal, RSPO等管理体系。
• 熟悉公司产品质量相关知识，在产品质量保证等方面具备相关的经验，制定产品质量保证程序，并应用到实际产品生产活动中，持续改进提高产品质量。
• 负责ISO9001, IATF16949，EfFCI -GMP, Halal, RSPO等管理体系文件的建立、更新、发放及培训。
• 负责建立，维护，优化管理体系，如ISO9001, IATF16949，EfFCI -GMP, Halal, RSPO等，组织开展体系外审、内审等工作。
• 负责协助leader制定各管理体系的管理评审计划，完成管理评审报告，监督管理评审的输出项目的执行。
• 负责工厂的各项质量指标数据的收集、统计和分析，输出相应质量报告并提出改进建议。
• 质量文化和持续改进质量活动的策划和开展。
• 对于不合格品和不符合质量要求的异常进行相应的调查，制定有效纠正与预防措施，验证措施有效性， 防止质量事故再次发生。

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in quality management system (QMS) operation, with proven ability to effectively implement and maintain systems such as ISO9001, IATF16949, EfFCI-GMP, Halal, and RSPO.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of product quality-related knowledge, with practical experience in quality assurance. Capable of developing quality assurance procedures and applying them in manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Responsible for the development, revision, distribution, and training of management system documentation (ISO9001, IATF16949, EfFCI-GMP, Halal, RSPO, etc.).
• Establish, maintain, and continuously optimize management systems; organize and support external audits, internal audits, and certification activities.
• Support the development of management review plans, prepare management review reports, and follow up on the execution of action items from management reviews.
• Collect, analyze, and report plant quality KPIs, providing data-driven insights and improvement recommendations.
• Plan and promote quality culture initiatives and continuous improvement activities across the organization.
• Lead investigations of nonconforming products and quality issues, define and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and verify their effectiveness to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

• 化学、化工、材料或相关专业的本科或以上学历.

Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Material or relevant major with bachelor’s degree or above.

• 化工、材料等公司质量工作经验.

Quality work experience in the company of Chemical, Material, etc.

• 熟悉ISO9001, IATF16949，EfFCI -GMP, Halal, RSPO等管理体系

Be familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949, EfFCI-GMP, Halal, RSPO and other management systems

• 英语口语和写作良好

Good written and oral English skill.

• 积极诚实、团队合作、良好的沟通技能

Integrity, good teamwork and communication skill.

• 有质量管理体系建立和审核经验者优先

Quality management system building, and audit experience is an advantage

• 熟悉6-sigma及其质量工具的使用。

Familiar with Six-sigma and quality tool.
