Role Summary:

Socia & Influencer:

Ownership of UK Paid Influencer Strategy, and overseeing UK Social Media Strategy. Continuing to support Living Proof brand objectives, drive brand awareness and conversion via DTC and key retailers through relevant influencer partnerships and targeted content.

 

Responsibilities & Duties

Organic Social Media:

  • Support and oversee Social & Influencer Manager in development and implementation of organic social media strategy.
  • Ensure all content planned and created by Social & Influencer Manager is in line with wider brand objectives (ie. promotion of key retailers, 'icon' products etc.)
  • Support retail team in ensuring coverage of all key retail partners.

Leading the UK Paid Social strategy to drive traffic and sales on UK DTC + key UK Retailers / Pure players (Space NK, Boots & LookFantastic)

DTC – paid media:

  • Identify, recommend and test new content ideas for paid media
  • Lead on briefing and delivery of best performing UGC content for paid media, based on previous campaign data and results.
  • Work with DTC to implement influencer discount offers and bundles for key long-term partners in line with influencer revenue targets.
  • Work with affiliate networks and the Ecommerce team to identify influencers for traffic and sales-driving paid partnerships.

Retailers/Pure Players:

  • Leverage bespoke influencer content for key UK retailers - primarily Space NK, THG, Boots and Sephora - ensuring regular cadence of coverage on retailer social channels to drive traffic and sales.
  • Oversee implementation of Social and Influencer Manager’s content plans to drive traffic and sales in-store at Space NK, Boots & Sephora

UK Paid Influencer Partnerships, leveraging the global influencer strategy to also benefit the UK

  • Develop and execute the influencer paid partnership strategy for Living Proof UK, to meet frequency, EMV and revenue metrics.
  • Support B2B team in planning and executing influencer activity on partner channels (e.g., Look Fantastic, Space NK, Sephora).
  • Manage all paid influencer activity including creation of briefs, negotiation with agents and influencers, contracts, reviewing and approving assets and identifying new partners to work with to support key brand objectives.
  • Drive brand advocacy via long-term partnerships, ensuring organic coverage and brand love outside of paid deliverables.
  • Analysis of all paid influencer activations, tracking against KPIs and budget.
  • Management of dedicated influencer budget.
  • Work closely with the Communications Team to plan and execute influencer events and creative mailings for new product launches and brand campaigns.
  • Provide expert insight into emerging influencer marketing trends, competitor strategies and best practices.

Stylist Management

Stylist Squad:

  • Oversee Social and Influencer Manager on leading Long term stylist partnerships – identifying relevant partnerships to drive awareness and authority in both markets.
  • Stay reactive, putting Living Proof at the forefront of key hair and lifestyle trends with expert advice via credible stylist partners.

Stylist Community:

  • Oversee Social and Influencer Manager on maintenance of strong UK stylist social community (150 stylists) - prioritising high engagement, brand love and posting frequency over scaling size of community.

Support wider marketing projects / consumer engagement

  • Customer Communication: Engaging with customers through various channels like social media, email, and feedback platforms to address inquiries, provide assistance, and gather feedback.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Developing relevant and engaging content to connect with consumers, including social media updates, emails, retailer comms and more. Educating by providing resources and information to help customers better understand and utilize products or services.
  • Campaign deployment: support the business brand director in the development of marketing activities
  • Social listening / Community Management: Overseeing online communities + reviews related to the brand, ensuring a positive and interactive environment for customers to share experiences and insights.
  • Feedback Analysis: Gathering and analysing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance products or services.
