We have a fantastic opportunity available for a talented and creative thinking marketing manager with strong management skills to lead our marketing department. Our marketing team deliver results driven initiatives aimed at the heating and plumbing industry. National campaigns are rolled out globally, not just the UK, so it’s an exciting and varied role that spans multiple sectors and audiences.

We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Manager to drive day-to-day marketing across ADEY Group. Working across ADEY, Alpha Scientific and Surestop, you’ll help our brands stand out, reach the right audiences and support our growth plans.

You’ll turn strategy into clear action, bring campaigns to life and collaborate across the business. This role suits someone who thinks creatively, communicates clearly and enjoys leading a small, focused team.

Deliver effective marketing plans

  • Plan and execute marketing plans that support business goals
  • Use a test and learn mindset to improve campaigns and channel performance
  • Deliver integrated activity across digital, social, trade and print
  • Keep brand standards strong and consistent across all touchpoints

Lead digital and CRM activity

  • Oversee websites, social media, apps and email journeys
  • Develop Hubspot to support sales and marketing processes with strong data and automation
  • Track performance and guide updates based on insight

Support product and category growth

  • Work with product managers to shape propositions and prepare go-to-market plans
  • Use customer and market insight to refine messaging and support product development

Manage events and exhibitions

  • Lead the planning and delivery of events and exhibitions that build awareness, support partners and strengthen customer engagement

Collaborate with partners and stakeholders

  • Build relationships with merchant teams and external partners
  • Represent the marketing function in cross functional discussions

Guide content and creative work

  • Shape content plans that align with business needs and audience interests
  • Support brand storytelling and asset development

Manage budgets and performance

  • Oversee marketing spend and ensure resources are used effectively
  • Report on performance and provide actionable insight

Lead and support the team

Manage and develop a team of three, encouraging creativity and continuous improvement
