Job Summary: This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Major Duties:

  • You will determine the facilities, equipment, staffing, and facility services required for mission accomplishment.
  • You will initiate and monitor procurement of needed resources and ensure proper management of these required resources.
  • You will conduct planning, execution, and reporting with sufficient documentation to provide objective evidence of the entire evolution.
  • You will provide entry level guidance in the approach to operational and engineering problems.
  • You will work with senior engineers and specialists both within and external to SWFPAC to ensure appropriate specifications on such matters as: defining and resolving all matters involving facilities, plant machinery and property.
  • You will establish organizational patterns, systems and procedures, and plan flow of work to establish work controls.
  • You will support information systems requirements definition for design, development, and deployment.
  • You will monitor management information systems related to Fleet Ballistic Missile program-unique needs, such as production, maintenance, and reporting.
  • You will keep current on state-of-the-art technologies in facilities, infrastructure, and support system development as well as DoD acquisition rules and regulations.

Qualifications: In addition to the basic education requirement, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a Professional Engineer coordinating programs or projects for facility life cycle management or fleet industrial planning to support overall operations.
