Summary
- At Baxter, our mission is to save and sustain lives while building healthier communities. We do this not only through our products but also by supporting organizations with Donations and by providing Grants (known internally as Interactions) to foster scientific exchange, ensure product safety, and strengthen patient and community support.
- As an Interactions Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring these Interactions are managed responsibly and consistently with Baxter’s Global Interactions Policy. Reporting to the APAC HCP Interactions Lead, you will be the trusted point of contact who helps internal teams navigate compliance requirements while keeping the focus on meaningful outcomes for patients and communities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reviewing requests and submissions for HCP Interactions to ensure they align with Baxter’s Global Interactions Policy.
- Spotting potential compliance issues and working closely with colleagues across Research & Development, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Finance, and other teams to resolve them.
- Tracking Interaction requests in Baxter’s compliance tool (Pega) to ensure timely processing and closure.
- Confirming that all required documentation is completed before an Interaction file is closed.
- Guiding internal customers on how to use the compliance tool effectively, making the process smoother and clearer for them.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience applying and enforcing compliance with company policies.
- Working knowledge of systems such as Pega, JD Edwards, and Concur.
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A customer‑service mindset with the ability to support colleagues across functions.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in cross‑functional environments.
- Multilingual skills to support colleagues across the APAC region.
Why This Role Matters
- This position is more than compliance — it’s about enabling Baxter to continue building trust with healthcare professionals and communities across Asia‑Pacific. By ensuring our Interactions are transparent, timely, and aligned with global standards, you’ll help safeguard Baxter’s reputation and contribute to our mission of saving and sustaining lives.
