We are seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Education team. The role focuses on providing nursing staff with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to deliver advanced assessment and management of patients in the Intensive Care Unit setting. The role also assists nursing staff undertaking approved postgraduate study in translating the theoretical knowledge provided by tertiary partners to the clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver, administer, and assess Cabrini’s critical care education courses.
Ensure educational resources align with current evidence-based practices with adherence to Cabrini's guidelines, protocols, and policies.
Moderate, update, and evaluate eLearning activities to maintain high standards of educational delivery.
Maintain collaborative working relationships with the Clinical Education Team, Nursing Directors, nurse managers and external stakeholders.
Key Capabilities
Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with NMBA
Postgraduate qualification in Intensive Care (or equivalent)
Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Education (or working towards)
Accredited Advanced Life Support Provider
Recent experience in an education role including the delivery and assessment of formal curriculum
Experience in the facilitation of simulation
Experience with eLearning technologies and/or learning management systems
Ability to engage and maintain relationships with stakeholders
