Role Overview:
At Huntsman we’re currently looking for an Intelligent Automation Specialist to help shape and deliver the next generation of automation at Huntsman. This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end role where you will work closely with business stakeholders across the globe to identify, design, and implement intelligent automation solutions that improve productivity, quality, and employee experience.
This role goes beyond pure development. You will combine process thinking, stakeholder collaboration, and modern automation technologies — including Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, and AI/Copilot solutions — to deliver real business value.

Role Responsibilities:
As an Intelligent Automation Specialist, you will:
Partner with global business stakeholders and SMEs to identify and analyze automation opportunities.
Participate in process discovery, helping translate business needs into clear requirements and process flows.
Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using:
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Microsoft Copilot & Copilot Studio agents
RPA technologies (Automation Anywhere preferred).
Decide on the most appropriate technology for each case.
Create clear documentation to ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and supportable.
Support and maintain existing automations, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
Collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders across regions and time zones.
Experience and Competencies:
We are looking for experienced candidates who combine automation technology skills with strong business understanding, communication abilities, and the curiosity to learn and evolve with new tools and technologies.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience delivering major business automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and/or RPA technologies.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including building and configuring agents and integrating them with business processes and data.
Experience with RPA tools, with Automation Anywhere preferred (other RPA platforms are a strong advantage)
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:
Power Apps
Power Automate
Power BI
Exposure to SAP scripting and VBA is a strong plus.
Experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP Business Objects is an advantage.
Experience working in a global or multinational environment.
Strong analytical and technical aptitude, with attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
Confident communicating with global, non‑technical stakeholders.
Curious, adaptable, and motivated to learn new technologies.
Enjoys combining technology, process, and people to deliver automation solutions.
