Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Process Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years of industry and analysis experience.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (e.g., C#, Java, Python, or VB.NET).
- Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new software tools.
- Interest in automation, process improvement, and digital transformation.
- Ability to analyze and document business processes clearly.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Job Specification:
- Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analyzing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility.
- Analyzing, understanding, and documenting the business processes in detail.
- Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements.
- Designing RPA solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.
- Configuring new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
- Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
- Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirement as part of a structured change process.
- Skills transfer on best practices and development techniques.
- Attending to production issues and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
