Position Overview
The Intelligent Automation Developer is responsible for independent design, development and deploying automation solutions across multiple business functions. It is responsible for adhering to the automation framework, procedures and best practices set at H.B. Fuller for the development and maintenance of automation solutions using RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Power Automate) and complementary programming language (e.g. Python, etc.).
The position requires a balance of hands-on technical development, process analysis and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure sustainable and scalable automation adoption.

Monitoring & Continuous Improvement (10%)
Monitor deployed automations to ensure performance and stability, implementing fixes and optimizations where required.
Gather feedback from end-users and identify opportunities for improvement in deployed solutions.
Contribute to refining automation development standards by sharing lessons learned and technical insights.
