Job Summary: You will serve as a GG-0132-13 Intelligence Specialist at MARFORRES NOLA in New Orleans, LA. As the senior Counterintelligence (CI) Agent, you will provide a specialized focus in CI analysis, collections, and functional services in support of the organization's CI program, deployments, and training opportunities.

Major Duties:

  • You will plan, coordinate, and execute counterintelligence (CI) activities, including CI analysis, production, collections, and functional services, in order to counter espionage, international terrorism, and CI insider threats.
  • You will coordinate and de-conflict with service, theater, and national agencies on approved counterintelligence activities in support of the organization's objectives.
  • You will produce and coordinate counterintelligence (CI) plans and appendices to operations orders and concepts of operations, as well as CI concepts.
  • You will coordinate and execute counterintelligence collections and functional services, such as polygraph and Technical Surveillance Countermeasures, in support of the organization's operations and equities.
  • You will execute collection management authority for all organic and supporting counterintelligence assets.
  • You will draft, prioritize, and coordinate for dissemination counterintelligence (CI) collection requirements and reporting.
  • You will analyze, coordinate, and monitor significant counterintelligence issues which impact the organization or which have leadership interest.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GG/GS-12) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, such as: Planning, coordinating, and executing Counterintelligence (CI) activities, including CI analysis, production, collections, and functional services, in order to counter espionage, international terrorism, and the CI insider threat in support of the organization's force protection program and in support of research, development, and acquisition. Developing and integrating policy considerations into CI planning and mission priorities to ensure accomplishment of the organization's objectives. Coordinating and executing CI collections and functional services, such as polygraph and Technical Surveillance Countermeasures, in support of the organization's operations and equities. Providing accurate and timely Counterintelligence (CI) advice and recommendations to management to determine acceptable courses of action.
