JOB TITLE: Integrator  

SALARY: £59,850 - £69,850 

LOCATION(S): Edinburgh 

HOURS:  Full time  

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in the above office location

Working in the Workplace Digital Lab, this position involves helping people save for their future to secure their best possible retirement! An Integrator is at the core, connecting our teams and partners across the organisation. They help provide great experiences for customers in a safe, compliant, and timely way!

As an Integrator, you coordinate dependencies between the Lab and groups such as platforms, Group Executive Functions, and 3rd parties. This supports the implementation of complex and high-risk initiatives.   

 

Role responsibilities: 

  • Develop the sequence for integration related tasks in collaboration with the PO and aligned to the Lab backlog. 

  • Catalogue and manages dependencies between the lab and other teams. 

  • Work with stakeholders outside of the lab to ensure interlock to enable the lab to deliver at pace. 

  • Identify blockers to delivery and where possible mitigates / resolves, escalating to product owner(s) / lab leadership where required.

  • Manage complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery.

  • Provide expertise for governance activity. 

  • Coordinate across multiple teams to develop medium-term and/or long-term work schedules that help the organisation achieve its priorities and fulfil its business plans.

  • Develop personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities, while also coaching others as required.

What you’ll need 

  • Strong delivery experience in Digital Transformation and / or Cloud migration. 

  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills and strong influencing communication skills.  

  • Experience in planning, tracking, reporting and governance; experience in communicating regular status updates to key senior colleagues. 

  • Experience in financial management. 

  • Proactive risk management approach.  

  • Be able to take data led decisions.

  • Jira & Jira Align, Confluence, Figma, ServiceNow.
