The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will develop a long-term product strategy for AI agents, aligning with client needs and industry trends. As a Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to translate their goals into actionable product features while working cross-functionally to foster alignment and success. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work with emerging AI technologies, drive product lifecycle management, and deliver successful outcomes that meet client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze industry trends to inform product development decisions

- Monitor project outcomes to secure successful delivery
- Provide insights and recommendations based on client feedback
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related technology-driven roles
What Sets You Apart
- Preferred field(s) of study: Computer Science, Engineering, Project & Business Management preferred
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and product lifecycle management
- Excelling in Agile project management
- Demonstrating exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement
- Translating client needs into technical requirements
- Developing long-term product strategies for AI agents
- Conducting market research on emerging AI technologies
- Building relationships and translating client goals into product features
- Supporting the management of Data & AI Models

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
