Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Integration Associate/ Data Analyst to join our team!
In this role you will get to collaborate with Project Managers, DevOps Engineers, and Lead Integrators to deploy our product to new customers and upgrade existing customer environments.
This role focuses on system integration, data analysis, and quality assurance within utility and billing system environments. .
What You'll Be Doing:
Collaborate effectively with end users, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality integrations
Integrate third-party vendor database platforms (MySQL, SQL Server) into a Microsoft SQL Server–based data warehouse
Develop, modify, and optimize SQL scripts to support data integrations and transformations
Use GitHub (or similar version control tools) to maintain production-quality software builds
Work closely with Project Managers, integrators, and support staff to deploy Meter Data Management (MDM) software
Test web applications for performance, functionality, and regression to prepare for general software releases
Perform SQL Server database migrations to updated server environments and platforms
Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolutions with internal and external stakeholders
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, MySQL
Experience with regression testing of stored procedures, ETL processes, and applications
Proven software QA experience working with complex system integrations
Strong data analysis skills, including data profiling, validation, and reconciliation
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
1 – 2 years experience in Software Development, or in the Utility Industry
MongoDB, SOAP-based web services, MultiSpeak
