Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between CHG and its business partners by initiating discussion on EDI and implementing EDI integration where possible.
Monitor inbound and outbound EDI queues daily in both the EDI system (IBM Sterling) and SAP to ensure that all transactions are successfully posted. Resolve any exceptions in a timely manner.
Deliver API or webservice based integrations in both A2A and B2B scenarios.
Deliver new workflow and business process automations by leveraging tools such as Automation Anywhere or Microsoft Power Platform.
Work closely with different departments and functions to increase the adoption of EDI and automation.
Provide production support for EDI and process automation solutions.
Analyze business process gaps, identify solution alternatives, and provide guidance to business and IT stakeholders for selecting the best solutions for close the gaps.
Work closely with end users to prioritize and manage completion of support tickets. Track and report EDI and automation support metrics and status.
Build and execute unit testing, integration, and regression testing (build test cases, perform tests, and make changes to configuration or processes based on results).
Document and control all changes made to production systems via change control process.

Experience:
5+ years of experience designing and developing B2B communication via inbound and outbound EDI transactions across business process areas: Order to cash: EDI 850/ 875 (inbound PO), 855 (order confirmation), 856 (ASN), 860 (PO change), 880 (invoice)Warehousing: EDI 943 (stock transfer advice), 944 (stock transfer receipt advice), 940 (shipping order), and 945 (shipping advice)Transportation: EDI 204 (load tender), 210 (carrier invoice)
1+ year(s) of experience designing and developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Platform.
Demonstrated experience working directly with business partners such as customers, vendors, brokers to build B2B communication solutions.
Experience with designing and developing EDI mapping specifications based on business partner specifications.
Experience developing EDI solutions in a managed services environment.
Experience developing A2A integrations between SAP ERP systems and non-SAP applications (cloud, on-premise).
Experience working for a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Food Manufacturing company is strongly desired.
Experience working with SAP Cloud Platform Integration strongly desired
Experience working with SAP S/4 strongly desired

$93,598.00 - $173,668.00Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location.
