Position: Assistant Project Manager

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full‑time (Company Payroll)

Role Summary

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for end‑to‑end execution and management of ELV and Fire & Life Safety projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, quality, and cost parameters. The role requires strong coordination with site teams, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project execution activities for:
    • CFS / FAS (Fire Alarm & Life Safety Systems)
    • CCTV / Video Surveillance Systems
    • ACS (Access Control Systems)
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects from kick‑off to handover.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource utilization.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality norms, and statutory compliances.
  • Handle client meetings, progress reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Manage vendors and subcontractors, including work progress and billing certification.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, MIS reports, BOQs, and handover documents.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and system handover activities.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 6–10 years of experience in project execution / project management.
  • Hands‑on experience in:
    • CFS / FAS
    • CCTV
    • Access Control Systems
  • Strong understanding of ELV systems integration and on‑site execution.
  • Experience handling commercial / industrial / infrastructure projects.
  • Good communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

  • BE / BTech / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical or relevant discipline
  • Must align with company education policy

Preferred

  • Exposure to multi‑site project handling
  • Client‑facing experience
  • Willingness to travel as per project needs
