The Integrated Solutions Supervisor, is responsible for managing a team of Program Managers which service and process loans for non-traditional premium finance programs, such as Third Party, Carrier/GA and Captive programs.
What You'll Do
General Leadership/Management Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Expected to partner with Senior Management to facilitate and lead team toward team, department, and/or company goals.
- Attend intracompany meetings to represent Integrated Solution’s interest, provide updates or relay information back to the team/department.
- Monitor & assess team workload needs; ensure that resources are available to the team to effectively meet service expectations and provide quality work product.
- Recommend changes to procedure or system functionality that meet policy requirements and improve efficiency.
- Review and assess reports of system inconsistencies (bugs) and communicate required changes to Business Analysts and/or other appropriate IT staff.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing on assigned enhancements and create SDLC documentation, as required. Communicate impact of changes to team members and facilitate training, as needed.
- Accept inbound phone calls and emails from agents and provide outstanding customer service; maintain awareness and address issues pertaining to team’s ACD participation.
- Manage the cross-training process and operate as a back up to team members when necessary.
- Willingness to adjust work hours due to business needs.
- Facilitate training of new employees and existing when new programs, technology or procedures are introduced.
- Maintain staff timekeeping records & approve time off requests.
- Follow up on Compliance training completion.
- Facilitate coaching plans & meetings aimed at staff development and/or performance improvement.
Accountability:
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to be resourceful; an acumen for leading towards a resolution within assigned scope of authority.
- Effectively and appropriately handle all escalated problem quotes/accounts/personal/relationships for the assigned region and the team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and execute assigned deliverables within approved timeframes.
- Provides outstanding and consistent customer service to internal and external partners.
- Ensure accuracy of miscellaneous reporting; write queries and/or determine query criteria to accommodate client and/or department reporting needs.
- Write and/or review program instructions for consistency with program workflow, terms, and pricing details as agreed upon or determined by the program agreement.
- Excel in premium finance underwriting and review of financial statements; ability to identify potential risks and/or trends associated with a portfolio, not solely by individual deals.
- Prepare and approve quotes as needed for assigned agents within a given region(s) and the team. Uphold specific service requirements based on program needs. Monitor payment activity as required.

- Strong team management & developing skills
- Proficiency in data analysis
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities for client negotiations and team coaching.
- Proficiency in CRM & Technology: Experience with tools like Salesforce or similar sales automation software.
- Excellent problem-solving & time management skills: Ability to handle high-stress situations, resolve conflicts, and meet deadlines.

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 –$110,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
