We are hiring for the Sentinel Radar product line - Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) role. The IPTL will work across all development, integration and test, flight test and sell-off activities. This lead will need to ensure all program activities are correctly scheduled, resourced, and effectively supported to meet program and customer milestones. This IPTL will manage a team of Systems and Systems Integration & Test engineers that will support development efforts, modeling & simulation & analysis, integration & test, flight test and field events. This lead will be responsible for the manpower planning and growth of the Sentinel Radar team as well as proposal and planning efforts.
This IPTL position is an onsite role in Fullerton, CA.
What you will do:
Make cost and schedule decisions to meet monthly and annual reporting requirements
Lead a team to perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure the system under test performs according to specifications/requirements.
Lead a team to perform data collection activities, including review and analysis of data elements, and provide detailed reports of results.
Lead a team to create and modify documentation in support of reviews associated with formal testing, which may include Test Readiness Review (TRR) and Test Data Review (TDR) packages.
Support field testing and occasional travel for durations typically for a one- or two-week duration.
Support Proposal and EAC activities
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of five (5) years of prior relevant experience
Hardware & Software Integration & Test experience including integration on military platforms or related fields
Experience in leadership or past experience as a Lead
Experience with developing test plans and procedures
Experience evaluating requirements with Verification and Validation methods or related fields
Experience with direct customer engagement
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
Advanced Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related STEM degree
Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience and/or the ability to gain PM cert within six months of starting the position.
Experience is establishing and configuring labs including spread benches, Hardware in the Loop Setups, Microsoft and Linux Servers and emulators
Experience with the use of lab/field test equipment
Leadership experience managing others using applied system engineering principals, experience working on a team and by yourself, interfacing with multiple engineering disciplines and developing and presenting programmatic and technical briefings
Experience creating integration and verification strategies
Course work or experience in some of the following fields: radar, signal & image processing, radar models, digital communications, probability and statistics, linear algebra, estimation theory, system architecture

The salary range for this role is 90,000 USD - 182,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
