Major Duties:
Qualifications: For GS 11: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying social science frameworks to evaluate, consult, and advise on integrated prevention programs that promote healthy, resilient climates across diverse settings. Experience executing evidence-based strategies to prevent suicide, sexual assault/harassment, substance misuse, and violence while promoting a healthy and resilient organizational climate. Experience using data management and reporting systems to systematically collect, organize, and interpret information drawn from various databases for program oversight. Experience maintaining data integrity while navigating complex reporting structures to ensure accurate tracking of prevention-related metrics. Experience communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of management, staff, and military personnel to relay technical findings and program requirements. Experience providing consultation and guidance to diverse stakeholders, ensuring clear dissemination of policy and prevention initiatives across the organization.
