As an Integrated Medical Engagement Catalyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution and advancement of these strategic initiatives. This position focuses on the practical application of new communication tools and frameworks, ensuring they are robust, user-friendly, and deliver measurable value to the medical community. As a key contributor, you will help enable the necessary evolution of how scientific data is shared and experienced globally.
Innovate Medical Engagement: Envision and enable the evolution of medical engagement models, assisting in the hands-on development of new tools, templates, and platforms.
Drive Execution: Lead and enable the delivery of new frameworks for medical communication, managing project workstreams and ensuring ensuring milestones are met and that the operational "nuts and bolts" of new communication & engagement models function effectively for the end-useroperational excellence for end-user.
Scale Experiments: Test innovative engagement experiments, designing pathways to standardise and scale successful models across the global medical network.
Foster Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to facilitate the rollout of new standards and troubleshoot implementation barriers.
Ensure Technical Integrity: Ensure all new frameworks and technologies increase customer impact while remaining easy for Medical Affairs teams to adopt.
Uphold Compliance: Ensure all activities follow legal, regulatory, and company codes of practice, including Roche directives and HCP engagement policies.

To be successful in this role, you bring:
Qualified Expertise: An advanced life-science degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD preferred) with 2-3 years of deep knowledge in Medical Affairs (Scientific Communications, Medical Education, or Field Medical).
Strategic Agility: Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple goals in a fast-paced environment.
Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the regulated bio-pharmaceutical environment and a commitment to high ethical standards.
Future-Oriented Mindset: A passion for innovation and the ability to simplify complex messages for diverse audiences.
