Integrated Marketing Manager, HOKA

【業務内容】

50%:Seasonal marketing planning and execution

  • Take ownership of aligning all marketing members including channel marketing, PR, SPOMA, FER to transforming strategic initiatives into a comprehensive integrated marketing plan.
  • Work with the Integrated Marketing team member on the local creative development and implementation work across all physical and digital channels with primary focus on paid media (OOH, Digital, TV etc).
  • Master the insight of Japan consumers ranging from the most extreme types of runners to joggers and walkers, and to lifestyle consumers of all age groups and genders
     

25%:People manager

  • Lead, grow and mentor several direct reports; 1 integrated marketing associate and 1 PR specialist
  • Identify and set action items for individual growth opportunities of team members
  • Follow through with set action items and regularly monitor progress through frequent 1:1 touch-base meetings
  • Share great marketing executions from other brands with Japan Marketing team to inspire team members to strive for the highest quality of work
     

15%:Communication hub

  • Be the “face of” Japan Hoka Marketing, working collaboratively with Global Marketing teams, as well as other regional marketing teams to learn from their case studies, influence decision-making upstream and share accomplishments and learnings from Japan to the world
     

10%:Analytics and research

  • Capture feedback and analyze performance of campaigns and initiatives
  • Assist HOKA Brand Director with consumer research work, both qualitative and quantitative in order to help the entire HOKA Japan team’s collective decision-making as well as feeding found data into seasonal marketing planning
