As a member of the Integrated Insights & Strategy organization, this role will work with Marketing, Commercial Finance, Digital COEs, Chief Business Officer COEs, Advanced Analytics and Data Science teams and other analytics functions as necessary to ensure the delivery of high-quality strategic business decision support, including investment decisions and commercial strategies and tactics. The analytics support will include a combination of primary market research, key performance tracking, and customer data mining, among others, to fully understand, generate insights, and contribute to strategy.
This role is dynamic, fast-paced, highly collaborative, and covers a broad range of strategic topics that are critical to our business. The position requires a deep understanding of data analysis, reporting, and data visualization tools, as well as the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Role definition and Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead analytical insights support and recommend, define and implement business analytics plans that generate insights for business priorities and objectives.
- Frame, investigate, and answer key business questions by using analytical capabilities such as: performance measurement, customer analytics, primary market research, segmentation, and customer facing sizing, among others.
- Ensure effective performance measurement and deliver regular assessments of portfolio performance to clients. Ensure clear articulation of the data and its meaning for the business.
- Perform market assessments supporting new launches and business development initiatives.
- Interact with Analytical Hub colleagues to guide them to develop analysis and dashboards required for the local clients.

PROFESIONAL EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent or Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Understands quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Knowledgeable about study design and able to assess vendor technical capabilities.
- Extensive experience in management of secondary data and familiarity with pharma applicable data is highly desired.
- Proven ability to connect, integrate and synthesize data into meaningful insights to drive concrete strategic recommendations and enable commercial decision making.
- Demonstrable a strong multi-discipline experience, with a preference for exposure to analytics, business development, field force effectiveness, marketing, sales and/or operations, as well as experience in the pharmaceutical industry, management consulting or strategy.
- Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals experience highly preferred.
