You’ll collaborate closely with subject matter experts, sales leaders, and enablement partners to design and deliver learning content across multiple formats – including virtual, in-person, and self-directed modalities.
This position combines instructional design expertise with hands-on content development. You will be responsible for creating facilitator guides, participant materials, interactive activities, training decks, and assessments, as well as optimizing content within our Learning Management System (Showpad Coach). Your work will have a direct impact on elevating sales capabilities, onboarding, product knowledge, and behavior-based skill development.
Essential Duties
Design and develop engaging, effective training programs and materials aligned with adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
Collaborate with SMEs to translate business goals, product information, and process updates into clear, impactful learning experiences.
Create facilitator guides, learner workbooks, PowerPoint decks, job aids, and other training assets to support various delivery methods (instructor-led, virtual-led, and self-paced).
Support the development and deployment of training content in the LMS (e.g., uploading SCORM files, creating learning paths, tracking engagement).
Develop interactive activities, assessments, and simulations that reinforce learning and encourage skill application.
Partner with sales enablement and training leads to improve the end-to-end learning experience – from communications and scheduling to facilitation support.
Assist with the delivery of live training events (e.g., webinars, workshops, sales meetings), ensuring smooth execution and effective engagement.
Measure training effectiveness through feedback, completion metrics, and performance outcomes; use insights to refine content.
Maintain and update training content to ensure relevance and consistency across programs.
Other Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of experience in instructional design or training content development, preferably in a sales or commercial training environment.

Proficiency with content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite) and LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo, Cornerstone, Workday Learning).
Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides) with a creative eye for visual learning.
Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Experience supporting virtual and in-person learning sessions preferred.
