As an Instructional Design and LMS Specialist (internally: Learning Experience Design Specialist, Tech & Platforming) at Aledade, you’ll do far more than just build courses; you will be the master architect of a digital ecosystem that empowers primary care practices to thrive. Sitting at the vital intersection of instructional design and systems administration, you’ll bridge the gap between high-quality content and effortless discoverability, ensuring the doctors and staff in our network can find exactly what they need at the moment they need it. By blending research-backed adult learning science with a "user-first" technical mindset, you will transform complex value-based care workflows into engaging, measurable learning experiences that drive real behavior change.
