Job Context
The Installations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless end-to-end installation experience. Acting as the central point of contact between customers, field engineers and internal teams, you’ll take ownership of installations from initial scheduling through to successful completion. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same - balancing live schedules, proactively resolving issues and ensuring every job stays on track.What You’ll Do
Liaising with customers, engineers and internal teams to agree suitable appointments via phone call and / or email.
Scheduling all work onto engineers devices and commission tracking units where applicable.
Monitor active dashboard and schedule at all times.
Proactively dealing with any engineer lateness and sickness.
Raising purchase orders and invoices for jobs.
Logging and following up with engineers of any failed jobs or re-visits.
Rescheduling any failed appointments or incomplete work.
Requesting stock dispatches via the Stock team.
Monitoring large rollouts to ensure completion within specified target.
What You’ll Bring
Experience working in a fast paced customer service roles, ideally within telematic/technology industry.
Previous experience liaising with third party technicians and engineers and engaging in scheduling activities.
Proficiency in google suite of products.
Confident using CRM, ERP, or job management systems to track progress and update records accurately.
High attention to detail, particularly when raising purchase orders, invoices and updating job notes.
Clear and professional communication skills when dealing with customers, engineers and internal teams.
