• Excellent communication skill.
• Excellent documentation skill.
• Support and Troubleshoot technical IT issues, support in replacing laptops of users
• Knowledge of Win 10, Windows 11, and MS Office 365.
• OS Installation, Image installation, OS Configuration, Knowledge of One drive and its features
• Handling Ticketing tools-SNOW Preferrable
• Bit locker knowledge, how to reset passwords etc.
• Knowledge of Mobility devices installation like Tablet, Mac book, and iPad.  etc.
• Network Printer installation, L1 Support
• Knowledge of FPC(Functional PC-) Features
• VIP User Support-Log a call manually for the VIP Users
• Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
• Ability to work in at fast paced environment, coordinating workflow and multiple tickets/tasks
• Knowledge of Safe com print management and network printer.
