Responsible for ATMaaS field team with major installbase of 113 SBI/PNB/BOB/HDFC ATMs plus other Bank ATMs in two different districts that are located at a big distance(130Kms), performing site Audits, Site sourcing and Lease Agreement execution for HDFC/SBI and BOB,PNB loss making ATM shifting. Responsible for field coordination and ensure all sites agreement renewal before expiry and down ATMs follow up. Responsible to maintain upkeep of all ATMs within assigned region and to ensure early resolution of field dependent issues. Impact : Backfill is requested for BOB/HDFC/PNB/SBI project uptime & transactions improvement & if not hired, the client deliverable will impact and revenue loss of $60K per month. Risk of Penalties & Customer escalation due to degradation in coverage & service level due to delayed hiring .
